Ordering / Cost: Order Form Cost for the first physical location is $150. Each additional site is $100. We apologize in advance, but we are not set up to process invoices and require payment by check or money order. Please enclose the check or money order with the Order Form and mail to the address on the Order Form CD-ROM Customization: User "Login" buttons will be modified to reflect your laboratory site(s). Job classifications will be customized if they are identified at the time of purchase. If you do not provide specific job classifications, your CD-ROM will allow students to login as a Criminalist, Forensic Scientist or Chemist, Toxicologist, Crime Scene - Evidence or Laboratory Technician, Coroner Deputy, Latent Fingerprint Examiner, Field Identification Specialist, Supervisor, Other. Selecting "Other" will require the student to input their job classification.
